We were founded as a working gardeners’ group. Today, we continue to honor our original mission to educate members, beautify our local community, and support broader initiatives of environmental conservation.

We have participated in many types of gardening activities – from the planting of crab apple trees in public spaces to formal flower arranging to vegetable gardens to invasive species removal to pollinator pathways.

Our commitment to giving has allowed us to support our community as well as a broad range of projects. Over the last 100 years, we have given our time, our funds, and our knowledge in the hope of making a difference.

Looking toward the future and reflecting on our past, we continue growing through the cultivation of plants, friendships, community, and the environment.
